Lauren van Haaften-Schick, PhD '22, was awarded a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Center for the Humanities at Wesleyan University, 2022-24. During her time at Wesleyan, Lauren will focus on a book manuscript based on her dissertation Collaboration, Critique, and Reform in Art and Law: Origins and Afterlives of the Artist's Contract (1971). Alongside, she looks forward to developing new courses on property and contract theory as they intersect with art.
