Instructions:
Please complete the form with all of the requested information. Once submitted, the Undergraduate Coordinator will reach out with questions or to confirm that your minor has been approved and declared.
Requirements for the minor consist of no fewer than 20 credit hours, including:
● Five courses at the 2000 and 3000 levels, one of which must be at the 2000 level and two of which must be at the 3000 level or above. These five courses may also include a 4000 level seminar, depending on a student’s individual focus.
● In order to declare the minor, students must earn a B or higher in at least one History of Art course which will be applied toward the minor, preferably at the 2000-level. No more than two courses may be double-counted toward a student's major.
● Only courses in which students have earned a grade of B – or higher will be counted toward the minor. Classes must be taken for a letter grade.
● No more than two transfer or study-abroad classes may be applied towards the minor.
